The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has a general score of 76.6, which is a bit better than Sony Xperia L4's 71.8 general score. These phones use Android operating system, but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has older 10 version and Sony Xperia L4 has Android 9.0 Pie version. Despite being the best cellphone in our current comparison, Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 is an a little bit thicker and somewhat heavier cellphone than the Sony Xperia L4.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 takes greater pictures and videos than Sony Xperia L4, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same (Full HD) video definition, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also has a lot bigger back camera sensor taking lot higher quality videos and photos, a back camera with a lot higher resolution and a bigger aperture to take better low-light images.
The Xperia L4 has a bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage, the Xperia L4 also has a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has a really longer battery duration than Xperia L4, because it has a 5020mAh battery capacity.
