Sony Xperia PRO-I has a global score of 96.3, which is much better than the Google Pixel 3a XL's score of 78.9. Although the Sony Xperia PRO-I is extremely newer than Google Pixel 3a XL, it's a little thicker and extremely heavier. Both of these devices work with the same Android 11 operating system.

Xperia PRO-I features a much better looking screen than Google Pixel 3a XL, because it has a little bit larger screen, a lot better resolution of 1644 x 3840px and a lot better display pixels density. The Xperia PRO-I features a bit superior CPU than Google Pixel 3a XL, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xperia PRO-I also has 8 GB more RAM.

The Sony Xperia PRO-I features a lot bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Google Pixel 3a XL, because it has more internal memory capacity and a slot for external memory cards that holds a maximum of 1 TB. Xperia PRO-I shoots slightly better videos and photos than Google Pixel 3a XL, although it has a lesser mega-pixels resolution back facing camera, a worse video resolution, a smaller sensor capturing worse quality videos and photographs and a tinier diafragm aperture which is not nice for low light captures and videos.

Xperia PRO-I features better battery lifetime than Google Pixel 3a XL, because it has a 22 percent bigger battery capacity.
