Sony Xperia PRO-I has an overall score of 96.3, which is much better than the LG Q8's 77.2 general score. Both phones in our current comparison come with Android OS, but the Sony Xperia PRO-I has the older 11 version and LG Q8 has Android 7.0 Nougat version. Even though the Sony Xperia PRO-I is much newer than the LG Q8, it is thicker and extremely heavier.
The Xperia PRO-I has a bit more powerful processing unit than LG Q8, because it has more cores and a higher amount of RAM memory. Xperia PRO-I and LG Q8 both feature extremely similar displays, although the LG Q8 has a little inferior pixels amount per screen inch, a way smaller screen and a way worse 1440 x 2560 resolution.
The Sony Xperia PRO-I shoots just a bit better pictures and videos than LG Q8, although it has a lower (4K) video resolution, a smaller aperture which is not recommended for low-light photos and video, a tinier sensor shooting lower quality pictures and a way less megapixels resolution back facing camera.
The Xperia PRO-I has a superior storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than LG Q8, because although it has a SD memory card expansion slot that holds a maximum of 1 TB against 1,95 TB, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory. Xperia PRO-I features a much longer battery duration than LG Q8, because it has a 50 percent greater battery capacity.
