Xperia PRO-I is way better than the Motorola Moto G9 Play, getting a overall score of 96.3 against 76.7. Even though Xperia PRO-I is a bit heavier than the Motorola Moto G9 Play, it's just a bit thinner and also newer. Both phones in this review work with Android OS (operating system), but Xperia PRO-I has 11 version and Motorola Moto G9 Play has Android 10.
Xperia PRO-I has a bit superior processing unit than Moto G9 Play, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia PRO-I also has a larger amount of RAM memory. Xperia PRO-I has a much better display than Moto G9 Play, and although they both have a same size display, the Xperia PRO-I also has a much greater number of pixels per inch in the screen and a much higher resolution of 1644 x 3840.
Moto G9 Play takes clearer videos and photos than Sony Xperia PRO-I, because although it has lower 60 frames per second video frame rate, and they both have the same 1920x1080 video quality, the Moto G9 Play also counts with a larger aperture to take better captures and video in poorly lited environments, a way larger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a back camera with lot more mega pixels.
The Xperia PRO-I features a lot bigger memory for games and applications than Moto G9 Play, because it has 512 GB internal memory capacity and a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 1 TB. Moto G9 Play counts with a bit longer battery life than Xperia PRO-I, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4500mAh.
