The Xperia PRO-I has an overall score of 96.3, which is a lot better than Samsung Galaxy J7 Max's general score of 76.1. Xperia PRO-I is a newer phone than Samsung Galaxy J7 Max, although it is a bit thicker and somewhat heavier. Both phones in this comparison review use Android OS (operating system), but Xperia PRO-I has older 11 version and Samsung Galaxy J7 Max has Android 7.0 Nougat version.

Sony Xperia PRO-I counts with just a bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy J7 Max, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Sony Xperia PRO-I also has a higher amount of RAM. The Xperia PRO-I has a more vivid screen than Galaxy J7 Max, because it has a lot more pixels per inch of display, a much better 1644 x 3840 resolution and a quite larger screen.

Xperia PRO-I has a much better camera than Galaxy J7 Max, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not good for capturing pictures and videos in poorly lited environments and a camera with lesser mega-pixels resolution, it also counts with a lot higher 3840x2160 (4K) video definition.

The Xperia PRO-I features better battery duration than Galaxy J7 Max, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity against 3300mAh.
