Xperia PRO-I has an overall score of 96.3, which is a lot better than Galaxy M20's global score of 78.9. The Xperia PRO-I body has the same thickness than the Galaxy M20, but it's heavier. Both of these devices have Android operating system, but Xperia PRO-I has the newer 11 version and Galaxy M20 has Android 10 version, so it gives you some nice extra features.
The Sony Xperia PRO-I counts with a brighter display than Samsung Galaxy M20, because it has a bit larger screen, a lot more pixels per inch of screen and a much higher resolution of 1644 x 3840. The Xperia PRO-I has a superior memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy M20, because it has more internal memory capacity and an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 1 TB.
Xperia PRO-I has just a bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy M20, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Xperia PRO-I also has 8 GB more RAM. Xperia PRO-I takes much clearer pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy M20, because although it has a back facing camera with lesser mega pixels resolution and a tinier diafragm aperture which is not favorable for capturing images or video in low light situations, it also counts with a lot higher 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a larger back camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
Galaxy M20 features a bit better battery duration than Xperia PRO-I, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity.
