The Sony Xperia PRO-I is way better than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, getting a general score of 96.3 against 77.5. Sony Xperia PRO-I is a a lot newer cellphone than the Xiaomi Mi Max 2, although it is a little heavier and somewhat thicker. Xperia PRO-I has just a bit better performance than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xperia PRO-I also has a larger amount of RAM memory.

Xperia PRO-I has a much greater memory capacity to install applications and games than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, because it has an external SD slot that supports up to 1 TB and 512 GB internal storage capacity.
Xiaomi Mi Max 2 counts with better battery performance than Xperia PRO-I, because it has a 5300mAh battery capacity. Xperia PRO-I captures just a bit better photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and although they both have a 12 MP resolution back-facing camera, the same video definition and a 0.34 inches sensor, the Xperia PRO-I also has higher 120 frames per second video frame rates and a bigger aperture.
