Comparison review

Xperia PRO has a score of 94.3, which is much better than the LG G7 ThinQ's 81 global score. Xperia PRO is a newer cellphone than LG G7 ThinQ, but it is extremely heavier and much thicker. Both phones in this review have Android OS (operating system), but the Xperia PRO has older 10 version while LG G7 ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie.

The Xperia PRO has a bit better CPU than LG G7 ThinQ, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Xperia PRO also has a larger amount of RAM. The LG G7 ThinQ features a bit better looking display than Xperia PRO, although it has a just a bit worse pixel density, a quite lower resolution of 1440 x 3120 pixels and a quite smaller screen.

The Sony Xperia PRO features a superior memory capacity to install applications and games than LG G7 ThinQ, because although it has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports 976 GB smaller, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory. Xperia PRO shoots slightly better pictures and videos than LG G7 ThinQ, because although it has a back-facing camera with much less megapixels resolution, a tinier aperture which is not favorable for low light images and video and a worse 3840x2160 video definition, it also counts with a way larger back camera sensor taking much higher quality videos and photographs.

Xperia PRO counts with better battery duration than LG G7 ThinQ, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh.

Although Sony Xperia PRO is a better device, it costs a lot more than LG G7 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as LG G7 ThinQ. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy LG G7 ThinQ, giving up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your money.
