Comparison review

Sony Xperia PRO is much better than the LG G8 ThinQ, getting a 94.3 score against 84.3. These phones work with Android OS (operating system), but the Sony Xperia PRO has an older 10 version and LG G8 ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie. The Sony Xperia PRO is a newer device than LG G8 ThinQ, although it is somewhat thicker and much heavier.

LG G8 ThinQ features a little sharper display than Xperia PRO, although it has a bit lower 1440 x 3120 resolution, a little less pixels per inch in the display and a bit smaller display. Sony Xperia PRO and LG G8 ThinQ feature extremely similar processors, and although the LG G8 ThinQ has 2 GB lesser RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit.

The Xperia PRO counts with a bit better camera than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not so good for low-light photos and video, and they both have the same video quality, the same video frame rate and a same resolution back facing camera, the Xperia PRO also counts with a much larger back camera sensor taking much better quality videos and photographs.

The Xperia PRO features a lot bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has a SD memory slot that admits 976 GB smaller, it also counts with 384 GB more internal memory. The Xperia PRO features a bit better battery life than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3500mAh.

Although Xperia PRO is a better device, it is way more expensive than LG G8 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as LG G8 ThinQ. If you prefer to save some money, you can get LG G8 ThinQ, letting go a few features and specs, but you'll get the most with your money.
