Comparison review
The Sony Xperia PRO has an overall score of 94.3, which is slightly better than the LG Velvet's overall score of 87.1. Despite being the best we are comparing here, the Sony Xperia PRO construction is way thicker and noticeably heavier than the LG Velvet. The Sony Xperia PRO has a bit superior processor than LG Velvet, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Sony Xperia PRO also has more RAM memory.
Xperia PRO counts with a sharper screen than LG Velvet, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much higher screen pixel density and a lot better resolution of 1644 x 3840 pixels. The LG Velvet takes a bit better pictures and videos than Sony Xperia PRO, because although it has a smaller camera sensor taking worse quality videos and pictures, a tinier aperture which is not recommended for shooting photos and videos in poorly lited situations and lower video frame rates, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the LG Velvet also counts with a camera in the back with a way higher resolution.
Xperia PRO has a much better memory capacity for apps and games than LG Velvet, because although it has a SD card slot that allows up to 1 TB against 1,95 TB, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory. The LG Velvet has just a little better battery performance than Xperia PRO, because it has an 8% bigger battery size.
Although Xperia PRO is a better device, it costs a lot more than LG Velvet, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the LG Velvet. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Xperia PRO, but if you don't you can save some money and get the LG Velvet, letting go a couple specifications.
