Comparison review

The Xperia PRO has an overall score of 94.3, which is much better than Microsoft Surface Duo's 78.8 global score. Although the Xperia PRO and the Microsoft Surface Duo were only released 5 months apart, Xperia PRO's design is extremely thicker but just a little lighter than the Microsoft Surface Duo. Both devices in this comparison have the same Android 10 OS (operating system).

The Microsoft Surface Duo's processing unit is very similar to Xperia PRO's CPU, and although the Microsoft Surface Duo has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. The Xperia PRO counts with a more vivid display than Microsoft Surface Duo, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a lot more pixels per screen inch and a slightly higher resolution of 1644 x 3840.

The Xperia PRO has a very superior memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Microsoft Surface Duo, because it has 512 GB internal storage capacity and a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 1 TB. The Xperia PRO shoots much better videos and photos than Microsoft Surface Duo, and although they both have the same 60 fps video frame rate and the same (4K) video definition, the Xperia PRO also has a bigger diafragm aperture to capture better low light photography and a camera in the back with more megapixels.

Xperia PRO has just a bit longer battery duration than Microsoft Surface Duo, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity.

Although Sony Xperia PRO is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Microsoft Surface Duo, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Microsoft Surface Duo. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get the Microsoft Surface Duo, and give up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most with your savings.
