Comparison review

The Sony Xperia PRO is just a bit better than Motorola Edge 50 Ultra, with a 94.3 score against 87.1. Both devices in this comparison review work with Android OS (operating system), but the Sony Xperia PRO has the older 10 version while Motorola Edge 50 Ultra has Android 14. Despite being the best phone in this review, we must highlight that it's also way older, somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker.

Motorola Edge 50 Ultra counts with a little bit better screen than Xperia PRO, because although it has a lot worse resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a way lower display pixels density, it also counts with a bit bigger display. The Sony Xperia PRO features a very superior CPU than Motorola Edge 50 Ultra, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores.

The Sony Xperia PRO has a very superior memory to store more apps and games than Motorola Edge 50 Ultra, and although they both have exactly the same 512 GB internal memory, the Sony Xperia PRO also has a SD extension slot that holds a maximum of 1 TB. The Motorola Edge 50 Ultra takes much clearer videos and photos than Xperia PRO, and although they both have the same 60 fps video frame rates and the same (4K) video quality, the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra also has a way bigger back camera sensor capturing way better quality videos and photographs, a lot higher resolution back facing camera and a bigger camera aperture to take better captures and video in low light environments.

The Motorola Edge 50 Ultra features just a little better battery lifetime than Xperia PRO, because it has a 13% more battery capacity.
