Sony Xperia PRO is way better than Galaxy XCover 5, having a general score of 94.3 against 78.1. Both devices in this review have Android OS (operating system), but the Sony Xperia PRO has the older 10 version while Galaxy XCover 5 has Android 11. Although Sony Xperia PRO is better than Galaxy XCover 5, we must tell that it's also a thicker and noticeably heavier phone.
Xperia PRO counts with a much better looking display than Samsung Galaxy XCover 5, because it has a much better 1644 x 3840 resolution, a larger display and a lot higher amount of pixels per inch in the screen. The Sony Xperia PRO has a much greater storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy XCover 5, and although they both have an external memory card slot that admits up to 1 TB, the Sony Xperia PRO also has more internal memory capacity.
Xperia PRO features a little better processing power than Galaxy XCover 5, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia PRO also has more RAM memory. Xperia PRO counts with longer battery performance than Galaxy XCover 5, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh.
Sony Xperia PRO shoots much better pictures and videos than Galaxy XCover 5, because although it has a lot less MP resolution back facing camera, it also counts with a lot higher 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a bigger diafragm aperture.
