Comparison review
The Xperia PRO is much better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, with a score of 94.3 against 75.8. Both devices we are comparing here come with Android OS, but Xperia PRO has an older 10 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has Android 8.0 Oreo. Although the Xperia PRO is newer than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, it's heavier and extremely thicker.
Xperia PRO counts with a brighter display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because it has a little larger screen, a lot higher resolution of 1644 x 3840 and a way better pixels count per inch of display. Sony Xperia PRO has a much better storage for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because it has an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 1 TB and 448 GB more internal storage.
Sony Xperia PRO has a bit more powerful processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Sony Xperia PRO also has a greater amount of RAM memory. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro features a battery performance that's very similar to the battery life in Xperia PRO.
The Xperia PRO takes much better photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, and although they both have a same resolution back-facing camera, the Xperia PRO also has a way better 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a much larger diafragm aperture.
