Comparison review
The Asus ROG Phone 8 has a global score of 79.5, which is a bit better than the Xperia X's 72.9 score. Although Asus ROG Phone 8 is notably newer than Xperia X, it is somewhat thicker and extremely heavier. Asus ROG Phone 8 features a much better display than Xperia X, because although it has a quite inferior pixels amount in each display inch, it also counts with a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2400px and a much bigger screen.
The Xperia X has an extremely better processing unit than Asus ROG Phone 8, although it has lesser RAM and a lower number of cores (but faster). Asus ROG Phone 8 takes way better photos and videos than Xperia X, because it has a back camera with a lot better resolution, a way larger sensor which gives a way better image and video quality, a way higher 7680x4320 video definition and a bigger diafragm aperture for better low light captures and video.
Asus ROG Phone 8 features a much bigger storage to install applications and games than Xperia X, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. Asus ROG Phone 8 counts with a much longer battery performance than Sony Xperia X, because it has a 110% greater battery capacity.
