Even though the Moto Z3 is just a little heavier than Xperia X, it's just a little thinner and notably newer. Moto Z3 has a bit superior processing unit than Xperia X, because it has a larger number of cores and a greater amount of RAM.
The Sony Xperia X has just a bit better looking screen than Moto Z3, because although it has a little bit smaller screen and a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels, it also counts with a just a little greater screen pixel density. Moto Z3 has a much greater memory for applications and games than Xperia X, because it has an external memory card slot that supports up to 1,95 TB and 32 GB more internal memory capacity.
