Moto Z3 has a much greater memory for applications and games than Xperia X, because it has an external memory card slot that supports up to 1,95 TB and 32 GB more internal memory capacity.

Moto Z3 features just a bit better battery lifetime than Xperia X, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity. The Sony Xperia X has a little bit better camera than Moto Z3, and although they both have the same aperture and the same (Full HD) video resolution, the Sony Xperia X also has a much higher 23 megapixels resolution back camera, a much larger sensor shooting way higher quality photographs and better 60 frames per second video frame rates.
