Comparison review

Nokia 9 PureView has a global score of 76.4, which is a little bit better than Sony Xperia X's 72.9 score. The Nokia 9 PureView design is way newer than the Sony Xperia X's, but it is somewhat heavier and a little bit thicker. Nokia 9 PureView features a little better processing power than Xperia X, because it has 3 GB more RAM and a higher number of cores.

The Nokia 9 PureView has a little more vivid screen than Sony Xperia X, because it has a little better quantity of pixels per screen inch, a lot better resolution of 1440 x 2880px and a larger display. The Nokia 9 PureView has a greater storage capacity to install applications and games than Xperia X, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity.

Nokia 9 PureView has improved battery performance than Sony Xperia X, because it has a 27 percent more battery size. Xperia X takes just a bit better photos and videos than Nokia 9 PureView, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not favorable for capturing photographs and/or video in low-light situations, and they both have the same 1920x1080 video quality, the Xperia X also counts with better 60 frames per second video frame rate, a larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a lot higher 23 megapixels resolution back facing camera.

Although Nokia 9 PureView is a better device, it is way more expensive than Xperia X, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Xperia X. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Nokia 9 PureView, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Xperia X, resigning a couple features and specifications.
