Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S6 Active has a global score of 80.9, which is better than Sony Xperia X's score of 72.9. Samsung Galaxy S6 Active's construction is lighter but thicker than Sony Xperia X. Samsung Galaxy S6 Active has a much sharper display than Sony Xperia X, because it has a little larger screen, a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution and more pixels per display inch.
Sony Xperia X counts with much more storage capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy S6 Active. Both of them have equal 32 GB internal storage. Galaxy S6 Active features a better processor than Xperia X, and although they both have 3 GB of RAM, the Galaxy S6 Active also has a larger number of faster cores, a 64 bits processing unit and an extra graphics processor.
The Galaxy S6 Active has greater battery performance than Xperia X, because it has 3500mAh of battery capacity. Sony Xperia X counts with a superior camera than Galaxy S6 Active, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not so good for capturing images in low light environments, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality, the Sony Xperia X also counts with a bigger back camera sensor capturing higher quality photos and videos and a lot more mega pixels camera.
Galaxy S6 Active costs more than the Sony Xperia X, but it's still a great choice, because you can get a lot more for that extra money.
