Comparison review
Galaxy S6 is much better than Sony Xperia X, having an 87.4 score against 72.9. Galaxy S6's body is just a bit thinner and a bit lighter than Sony Xperia X, although it was released around 14 months before. Galaxy S6 has a way better looking screen than Sony Xperia X, because it has a quite bigger display, more pixels per inch in the display and a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440.
The Galaxy S6 features a greater memory to install applications and games than Xperia X, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 96 GB more internal memory. The Samsung Galaxy S6 counts with a better processing unit than Xperia X, and although they both have a 3 GB RAM memory, the Samsung Galaxy S6 also has a 64 bits processor, a higher number of faster cores and a graphics processing unit.
Xperia X captures slightly better photos and videos than Galaxy S6, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not so good for capturing images and/or video in low-light environments, and they both have the same (Full HD) video resolution, the Xperia X also counts with a larger back-facing camera sensor which offers a higher photo and video quality, better video frame rates and a way better resolution back camera.
Galaxy S6's battery performance is very similar to the Xperia X one, although the Galaxy S6 has 2550mAh of battery capacity.
The Galaxy S6 costs more money than the Sony Xperia X, but you can get a better phone for that extra dollars.
