Comparison review

The HTC U Ultra is a little bit better than the Xperia XA1 Plus, getting a 77 score against 73.7. Even though the HTC U Ultra and Xperia XA1 Plus were released with only 7 months difference, the HTC U Ultra is just a bit thinner and somewhat lighter. HTC U Ultra features a little more vivid display than Xperia XA1 Plus, because it has a higher display pixels density, a quite bigger screen and a better resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels.

HTC U Ultra has much more storage capacity for apps and games than Sony Xperia XA1 Plus, because it has more internal memory capacity and an external memory slot that supports up to 1,95 TB. The Xperia XA1 Plus counts with a little bit better hardware performance than HTC U Ultra, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a greater number of cores.

HTC U Ultra shoots just a bit better photographs and videos than Xperia XA1 Plus, because although it has a lot less mega-pixels back camera, and they both have the same camera sensor size, the HTC U Ultra also counts with a bigger aperture to take better low-light images and videos and a way higher video quality.

Xperia XA1 Plus features a bit better battery performance than HTC U Ultra, because it has a 14% larger battery size.

Although HTC U Ultra is a better device, it is way more expensive than Xperia XA1 Plus, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Xperia XA1 Plus. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy the Xperia XA1 Plus, and give up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most with your money.
