Comparison review

LG V30S ThinQ has a score of 82.5, which is much better than the Sony Xperia XA1 Plus's score of 73.7. LG V30S ThinQ's design is lighter and somewhat thinner than Sony Xperia XA1 Plus, even though both of them were released only a few months apart. Both of these devices include the same Android 8.0 Oreo operating system, so you shouldn't see any difference regarding OS features.

The LG V30S ThinQ counts with just a bit better hardware performance than Sony Xperia XA1 Plus, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the LG V30S ThinQ also has a higher amount of RAM memory. LG V30S ThinQ counts with a bit more vivid display than Sony Xperia XA1 Plus, because it has a little bit larger screen, a much better 1440 x 2880 resolution and more pixels per inch in the display.

The LG V30S ThinQ counts with a lot bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Sony Xperia XA1 Plus, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity and a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB. LG V30S ThinQ features a bit better camera than Xperia XA1 Plus, because although it has a much less mega-pixels camera and a way tinier camera sensor which provides a way lower image and video quality, it also counts with a bigger camera aperture and a way better video definition.

The Xperia XA1 Plus counts with a little longer battery lifetime than LG V30S ThinQ, because it has a 4% bigger battery size.

Although LG V30S ThinQ is a better device, it costs a lot more than Xperia XA1 Plus, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Xperia XA1 Plus. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the LG V30S ThinQ, otherwise you can save some money and buy the Xperia XA1 Plus, letting go a couple specifications.
