Motorola Moto G 5G is better than the Xperia XA1 Plus, with an 81.5 score against 73.7. Even though the Motorola Moto G 5G is newer than Xperia XA1 Plus, it's thicker and somewhat heavier. Both of these phones include Android OS, but the Motorola Moto G 5G has the previous 10 version while Xperia XA1 Plus has Android 8.0 Oreo.

Xperia XA1 Plus has a bit better CPU than Moto G 5G, although it has lesser RAM, they both have 8 cpu cores. Xperia XA1 Plus counts with a bit sharper screen than Moto G 5G, because although it has a little worse 1080 x 1920 resolution and a little smaller display, it also counts with a bit greater display density.
