Comparison review
Galaxy A42 has a general score of 87, which is better than the Xperia XA1 Plus's 73.7 general score. These devices use Android OS, but the Galaxy A42 has the older 11 version and Xperia XA1 Plus has Android 8.0 Oreo. Galaxy A42's construction has the same thickness than the Xperia XA1 Plus, but it is just a little heavier.
Sony Xperia XA1 Plus has a much better display than Galaxy A42, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1080 x 1920px and a way greater count of pixels per inch of display. The Samsung Galaxy A42 has much more storage capacity for apps and games than Xperia XA1 Plus, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that allows up to 1000 GB and 128 GB internal storage.
