The Galaxy A52s is much better than the Xperia XA1 Plus, getting a score of 91.1 against 73.7. Both devices in this review work with Android OS, but the Galaxy A52s has the older 11 version while Xperia XA1 Plus has Android 8.0 Oreo. The Galaxy A52s design is a lot newer, just a little bit lighter and a little thinner than the Xperia XA1 Plus.
The Galaxy A52s counts with just a bit better performance than Xperia XA1 Plus, and although they both have 8 cores, the Galaxy A52s also has more RAM memory. Galaxy A52s features a screen that's very similar to the Xperia XA1 Plus one, although the Galaxy A52s also has a larger screen, a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 and a little greater pixel quantity per display inch.
The Galaxy A52s takes a lot better videos and photos than Xperia XA1 Plus, because it has a bigger aperture to take better captures and videos in low light environments, a much larger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors, a way higher (4K) video resolution and a back facing camera with way more megapixels.
Samsung Galaxy A52s counts with much more storage to install applications and games than Xperia XA1 Plus, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity and a SD card slot that supports a maximum of 1 TB. The Samsung Galaxy A52s features longer battery life than Sony Xperia XA1 Plus, because it has a 4500mAh battery size instead of 3430mAh.
