Comparison review

Galaxy Fold has a score of 97.6, which is a lot better than the Xperia XA1 Plus's 73.7 general score. Even though the Galaxy Fold is notably heavier than the Xperia XA1 Plus, it's thinner and way newer. Both phones in this comparison review have Android operating system, but Galaxy Fold has a newer 9.0 Pie version while Xperia XA1 Plus has Android 8.0 Oreo, so it counts with some extra features and optimized performance.

The Galaxy Fold has just a little better performance than Xperia XA1 Plus, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy Fold also has a larger amount of RAM memory. Xperia XA1 Plus has a little bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy Fold, because although it has a way smaller screen and a way worse resolution of 1080 x 1920px, it also counts with a bit better display pixel density.

Samsung Galaxy Fold counts with just a bit better camera than Xperia XA1 Plus, because although it has a smaller camera sensor taking less light and dull colors and a back facing camera with way less megapixels resolution, it also counts with a much higher video quality and a lot bigger camera aperture to capture better captures and video in low light situations.

Galaxy Fold features a lot bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Sony Xperia XA1 Plus, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage capacity. The Samsung Galaxy Fold has better battery performance than Xperia XA1 Plus, because it has a 4380mAh battery capacity instead of 3430mAh.

Galaxy Fold costs a lot more than Xperia XA1 Plus, but you can get a much better phone for that extra dollars.
