Galaxy S25 is better than the Sony Xperia XA1 Plus, having a global score of 82.6 against 73.7. Galaxy S25 is a much thinner and noticeably lighter phone than the Sony Xperia XA1 Plus. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but Galaxy S25 has the previous 14 version and Sony Xperia XA1 Plus has Android 8.0 Oreo version.

The Xperia XA1 Plus counts with a much more powerful processor than Galaxy S25, although it has lesser RAM, they both have the same number of cores. Galaxy S25 counts with a sharper screen than Xperia XA1 Plus, because it has a quite greater display pixel density, a quite better 1080 x 2340 resolution and a little bit larger display.

Galaxy S25 counts with a greater memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Sony Xperia XA1 Plus, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 96 GB more internal storage. Samsung Galaxy S25 shoots a lot better photographs and videos than Sony Xperia XA1 Plus, because it has a much better video resolution, a camera with a much higher resolution, a lot larger sensor which gives a much better photo and video quality and a bigger camera aperture for better low light captures.
