The Galaxy S25 Ultra is way better than the Xperia XA1 Plus, with a overall score of 90.7 against 73.7. Both phones in this review work with Android OS, but the Galaxy S25 Ultra has the previous 14 version while Xperia XA1 Plus has Android 8.0 Oreo. Galaxy S25 Ultra's construction is notably thinner and notably lighter than Xperia XA1 Plus.

The Xperia XA1 Plus has a much more powerful processing unit than Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, although it has less RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. Galaxy S25 Ultra counts with a way better looking display than Sony Xperia XA1 Plus, because it has a larger display, a little better pixel density and a way higher resolution of 1440 x 3088.

The Galaxy S25 Ultra features a lot bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xperia XA1 Plus, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage capacity. The Galaxy S25 Ultra counts with a very superior camera than Xperia XA1 Plus, because it has a bigger aperture to capture better images in poorly lited environments, a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor, a way higher 7680x4320 video resolution and a way better resolution back camera.

The Galaxy S25 Ultra has a really longer battery performance than Sony Xperia XA1 Plus, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
