Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy S7 has an overall score of 79.5, which is a bit better than the Sony Xperia XA1 Plus's overall score of 73.7. The Samsung Galaxy S7 body is a little bit thinner and notably lighter than the Sony Xperia XA1 Plus, even though it was released only 19 months before. The Galaxy S7 counts with a much better screen than Xperia XA1 Plus, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per inch in the screen and a better resolution of 1440 x 2560.

The Xperia XA1 Plus has just a bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy S7, because although it has lesser RAM, it also counts with more CPU cores. The Sony Xperia XA1 Plus counts with a slightly better memory for apps and games than Galaxy S7, and although they both have equal 32 GB internal memory capacity, the Sony Xperia XA1 Plus also has an external memory card slot that admits a maximum of 256 GB.

Galaxy S7's camera is just as good as the camera in Xperia XA1 Plus, because although the Galaxy S7 has a smaller back-facing camera sensor capturing worse quality videos and photographs and a back-facing camera with a much worse resolution, it also counts with a bigger camera aperture for better low light images and a way better video definition.

The Xperia XA1 Plus counts with a bit longer battery lifetime than Galaxy S7, because it has a 14% greater battery size.

Despite of being the best phone of the ones we compare here, the Galaxy S7 is also very cheap compared to the other ones, making it an easy decision.
