Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro is a bit better than the Xperia XA1 Plus, with a global score of 80.1 against 73.7. The Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro construction is incredibly newer, but a lot heavier and noticeably thicker than the Xperia XA1 Plus. Both phones in this comparison review include the same Android 8.0 Oreo OS (operating system), so both should give all the same OS features.

The Galaxy XCover FieldPro counts with a slightly better looking display than Xperia XA1 Plus, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a greater count of pixels per inch in the screen and a higher 1440 x 2560px resolution. The Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro has just a bit better performance than Xperia XA1 Plus, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro also has more RAM memory.

Sony Xperia XA1 Plus has a lot better camera than Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has a lot tinier diafragm aperture which is not good for low-light photos, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same video resolution, the Sony Xperia XA1 Plus also counts with a bigger camera sensor which offers a better photo and video quality and a much better resolution camera.

Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro counts with a lot bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xperia XA1 Plus, because it has more internal storage capacity and a SD memory slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB. The Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro features better battery performance than Sony Xperia XA1 Plus, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity against 3430mAh.

Although Galaxy XCover FieldPro is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Xperia XA1 Plus, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Xperia XA1 Plus. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Galaxy XCover FieldPro, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Xperia XA1 Plus, resigning some features and specifications.
