The Xperia 10 III has an overall score of 83.7, which is much better than Sony Xperia XA1 Plus's 73.7 score. The Xperia 10 III body is a lot newer, just a little thinner and somewhat lighter than Sony Xperia XA1 Plus. Both of these phones include Android OS, but the Xperia 10 III has an older 11 version while Sony Xperia XA1 Plus has Android 8.0 Oreo version.

The Sony Xperia XA1 Plus features a bit more powerful processing unit than Xperia 10 III, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores. The Sony Xperia 10 III has a little bit better screen than Xperia XA1 Plus, because it has a slightly better 1080 x 2520 resolution, a little bit larger display and a quite better pixel quantity per inch of screen.

The Xperia 10 III has a superior storage capacity for apps and games than Xperia XA1 Plus, because it has 96 GB more internal storage capacity and a SD memory card expansion slot that holds a maximum of 1 TB.
