IPhone 6 is slightly better than the Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra, getting a 79.2 score against 72.8. The iPhone 6 body is somewhat thinner and incredibly lighter than the Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra, although it was released many years before. The Apple iPhone 6 has a brighter screen than Xperia XA1 Ultra, although it has a just a little worse display pixels density, a lot smaller display and a way worse resolution of 1334 x 750 pixels.
IPhone 6 counts with a bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with more internal memory. The iPhone 6 has a processing unit that's just as good as the Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra one, because although the iPhone 6 has a smaller amount of RAM and an inferior number of cores, it also counts with an additional graphics co-processor and a 64-bit processor.
Xperia XA1 Ultra features a much longer battery duration than iPhone 6, because it has 2700mAh of battery capacity against 1810mAh. IPhone 6 and Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra have similar cameras, although the iPhone 6 has a tinier aperture which is not nice for shooting images in low-light situations, a back facing camera with lot less mega pixels and a lot tinier sensor which gives a lot lower image and video quality.
