Asus ROG Phone 6 has a score of 79.1, which is a bit better than the Xperia XA1 Ultra's score of 72.8. Even though Asus ROG Phone 6 is much newer than the Xperia XA1 Ultra, it's a lot heavier and extremely thicker. The Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra features a much more powerful CPU than Asus ROG Phone 6, although it has 12 GB lesser RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit.
Asus ROG Phone 6 counts with a better looking display than Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra, because it has a little higher 1080 x 2448 resolution, a bit bigger screen and a little greater pixels density. The Asus ROG Phone 6 features a superior memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory capacity.
