The Motorola ThinkPhone is slightly better than Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra, having a 78.9 score against 72.8. Motorola ThinkPhone's construction is much newer than Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra's, although it is just a little heavier and just a little thicker. Motorola ThinkPhone features a much better looking display than Xperia XA1 Ultra, because it has a little bigger display, a quite higher display density and a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2400.

Motorola ThinkPhone has a superior memory capacity to store more apps and games than Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage. The Xperia XA1 Ultra has a really superior hardware performance than Motorola ThinkPhone, because although it has less RAM memory, it also counts with a higher number of cores (and they are faster).
