Galaxy Note4 has a general score of 77.6, which is a little bit better than Xperia XA1 Ultra's 72.8 score. The Galaxy Note4 body is just a bit lighter than Xperia XA1 Ultra, but it's just a little bit thicker and was released 3 years before. The Xperia XA1 Ultra features a bit faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy Note4, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Xperia XA1 Ultra also has a larger amount of RAM.
Samsung Galaxy Note4 features a bit more vivid display than Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and more pixels per display inch.
