Galaxy Note7 is a little bit better than Xperia XA1 Ultra, getting a global score of 79.5 against 72.8. Even though the Galaxy Note7 is older than Xperia XA1 Ultra, it's construction is somewhat lighter and a bit thinner. Xperia XA1 Ultra has a bit superior processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Note7, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM, the Xperia XA1 Ultra also has a larger number of cores (and faster).
The Galaxy Note7 counts with a slightly better display than Xperia XA1 Ultra, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher screen pixel density and a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560px.
