The Sony Xperia Z4v is just a bit better than the Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra, with a 78.8 score against 72.8. The Sony Xperia Z4v is an older and a little thicker cellphone than the Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra, but Sony managed to build it lighter anyway. The Xperia Z4v counts with a bit faster CPU than Xperia XA1 Ultra, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have 8 cores, the Xperia Z4v also counts with an additional graphics co-processor.
The Xperia Z4v features a much better looking display than Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and a way higher pixels count per inch in the display.
