Comparison review
The Asus ROG Phone has an overall score of 77.1, which is just a bit better than Xperia XA1's global score of 71.7. Even though Asus ROG Phone is newer than Xperia XA1, it's a lot heavier and just a bit thicker. Asus ROG Phone has a brighter display than Xperia XA1, because it has a bigger screen, a lot better resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels and a greater pixel density.
The Asus ROG Phone has a much greater storage to install games and applications than Sony Xperia XA1, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory. Asus ROG Phone features a little bit better processing power than Xperia XA1, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus ROG Phone also has a greater amount of RAM.
Sony Xperia XA1 has a way better camera than Asus ROG Phone, because although it has a smaller aperture and slower 30 frames per second video frame rates, and they both have the same video resolution, the Sony Xperia XA1 also counts with a larger camera sensor providing a higher image quality. The Asus ROG Phone counts with a much better battery duration than Xperia XA1, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
Although Asus ROG Phone is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Sony Xperia XA1, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Sony Xperia XA1. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Asus ROG Phone, otherwise you can save some money and buy the Sony Xperia XA1, resigning a couple features and specs.
