The Google Nexus 6 is just a bit better than the Sony Xperia XA2 Plus, having a general score of 81.1 against 78.6. Both phones in this comparison work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Google Nexus 6 has the older 5.1 version and Sony Xperia XA2 Plus has Android 8.0 Oreo. Google Nexus 6 is a much older and a little thicker cellphone than the Sony Xperia XA2 Plus, but Google was able to build it somewhat lighter anyway.

Google Nexus 6 features a little bit better hardware performance than Xperia XA2 Plus, because although it has 3 GB less RAM memory and a lower number of cores , it also counts with an additional graphics co-processor. Google Nexus 6 has a little more vivid screen than Xperia XA2 Plus, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Google Nexus 6 also has a little bit higher number of pixels in each screen inch and a better 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution.

The Sony Xperia XA2 Plus shoots a little bit better videos and photos than Google Nexus 6, and although they both have the same video frame rate, a same size diafragm aperture and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Sony Xperia XA2 Plus also has a lot higher resolution back-facing camera. Xperia XA2 Plus counts with a very superior storage to install games and applications than Google Nexus 6, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage, the Xperia XA2 Plus also has an external SD slot that allows up to 400 GB.

Sony Xperia XA2 Plus features just a bit better battery performance than Google Nexus 6, because it has 3580mAh of battery capacity.
