Xperia XA2 Plus has a global score of 78.6, which is just a bit better than Honor 50 Pro's overall score of 77. Even being the best phone in this review, it must be told that it's also an a lot older, somewhat thicker and a little bit heavier phone. Both phones we are comparing include Android OS (operating system), but Xperia XA2 Plus has a more recent 8.0 Oreo version and Honor 50 Pro has Android 11 version, so it offers some extra features and enhanced performance.
The Sony Xperia XA2 Plus features a little bit better looking display than Honor 50 Pro, although it has a just a bit worse screen pixels density, a little bit worse 1080 x 2160 resolution and a little bit smaller screen. Honor 50 Pro counts with a quite bigger memory for applications and games than Xperia XA2 Plus, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage.
Honor 50 Pro features a little faster CPU than Sony Xperia XA2 Plus, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Honor 50 Pro also has more RAM memory. Honor 50 Pro has a bit better battery duration than Sony Xperia XA2 Plus, because it has a 12 percent greater battery size. Honor 50 Pro takes better pictures and videos than Sony Xperia XA2 Plus, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Honor 50 Pro also has a bigger aperture to take better captures and videos in low light environments and a way higher resolution back camera.
