Comparison review
Sony Xperia XA2 Plus is a little bit better than HTC One M9, with a 78.6 score against 77.7. These phones use Android OS (Operating System), but Sony Xperia XA2 Plus has 8.0 Oreo version while HTC One M9 has Android 5.0, so it gives a couple nice extra features and improved performance. Sony Xperia XA2 Plus is a much heavier cellphone than HTC One M9, but both of them have the same thickness.
The HTC One M9 has a bit better hardware performance than Xperia XA2 Plus, because although it has 3 GB less RAM, and they both have 8 processing cores, the HTC One M9 also counts with an additional graphics processing unit and a 64 bits processing unit. The HTC One M9 features a little sharper screen than Xperia XA2 Plus, because although it has a little worse resolution of 1920 x 1080 and a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a little better count of pixels in each inch in the screen.
The Xperia XA2 Plus counts with just a bit better camera than HTC One M9, and although they both have the same video definition and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Xperia XA2 Plus also has a bigger back camera sensor, a bigger aperture to take better images and videos in low-light environments and a back camera with more megapixels.
Sony Xperia XA2 Plus has a superior storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than HTC One M9, because it has a SD memory slot that allows up to 400 GB and more internal storage. The Xperia XA2 Plus features improved battery life than HTC One M9, because it has 3580mAh of battery capacity.
