The Sony Xperia XA2 Plus is a bit better than HTC U11, getting a general score of 78.6 against 77.6. Even though the Sony Xperia XA2 Plus is newer than HTC U11, it is heavier and thicker. The HTC U11 features just a bit better hardware performance than Sony Xperia XA2 Plus, although it has lesser RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU.
HTC U11 has a bit more vivid screen than Sony Xperia XA2 Plus, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better 1440 x 2560px resolution and more pixels per inch in the screen. Xperia XA2 Plus counts with more storage for apps and games than HTC U11, and although they both have equal internal storage capacity, the Xperia XA2 Plus also has an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 400 GB.
The Xperia XA2 Plus features greater battery duration than HTC U11, because it has 3580mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh. Xperia XA2 Plus takes just a bit better videos and photos than HTC U11, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is worse for capturing photographs and/or video in low-light situations, and they both have the same video quality and the same video frame rate, the Xperia XA2 Plus also counts with a bigger camera sensor taking higher quality videos and pictures and a back camera with a lot higher 23 megapixels resolution.
