The Motorola Moto G 5G has an overall score of 81.5, which is slightly better than the Xperia XA2 Plus's 78.6 global score. Both of these phones have Android OS (operating system), but Motorola Moto G 5G has the previous 10 version and Xperia XA2 Plus has Android 8.0 Oreo version. Even though Motorola Moto G 5G is a lot newer than the Xperia XA2 Plus, it is just a little thicker and just a little bit heavier.

The Sony Xperia XA2 Plus has a slightly better looking screen than Moto G 5G, because although it has a little worse resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels and a little smaller display, it also counts with a quite better pixel count per inch in the screen. The Sony Xperia XA2 Plus features a bit superior CPU than Motorola Moto G 5G, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Sony Xperia XA2 Plus also has more RAM memory.

The Moto G 5G counts with a bit better camera than Xperia XA2 Plus, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same video resolution, the Moto G 5G also has a bigger aperture and a much more mega pixels back-facing camera. Motorola Moto G 5G has more storage to store more apps and games than Sony Xperia XA2 Plus, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal memory, the Motorola Moto G 5G also has a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 1000 GB.

The Moto G 5G counts with a much better battery life than Xperia XA2 Plus, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
