Comparison review

Xperia XA2 Plus is slightly better than Moto G8 Plus, with a general score of 78.6 against 77.6. Even being the best we are comparing here, it must be told that it's also older, just a little bit heavier and just a bit thicker. Sony Xperia XA2 Plus counts with just a bit better hardware performance than Moto G8 Plus, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Sony Xperia XA2 Plus also has a greater amount of RAM.

The Xperia XA2 Plus counts with a bit more vivid screen than Motorola Moto G8 Plus, because although it has a quite smaller screen and a bit lower 1080 x 2160 resolution, it also counts with a bit higher quantity of pixels in each display inch. Moto G8 Plus features a superior camera than Xperia XA2 Plus, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same video frame rates, the Moto G8 Plus also has a larger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors, a way higher resolution camera and a larger camera aperture to take better photography and video in low light environments.

Moto G8 Plus features a slightly better memory capacity for apps and games than Sony Xperia XA2 Plus, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Moto G8 Plus also has an external SD slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB. Moto G8 Plus features a bit longer battery life than Sony Xperia XA2 Plus, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3580mAh.
