Comparison review
Sony Xperia 1 VI has a general score of 83.2, which is slightly better than Xperia XA2 Plus's 78.6 general score. Both of these devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but Sony Xperia 1 VI has 14 version and Xperia XA2 Plus has Android 8.0 Oreo. The Sony Xperia 1 VI body is lighter and extremely thinner than the Xperia XA2 Plus.
The Sony Xperia XA2 Plus features a much better processing power than Xperia 1 VI, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. Xperia XA2 Plus and Sony Xperia 1 VI feature similar displays, although the Sony Xperia 1 VI also has a way better pixels count per inch of screen, a way higher 1644 x 3840 resolution and a larger display.
The Xperia 1 VI has a much better memory capacity for apps and games than Xperia XA2 Plus, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that admits up to 1 TB and more internal memory capacity. The Xperia 1 VI features a way better camera than Sony Xperia XA2 Plus, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition, the Xperia 1 VI also has a bigger aperture to take better low-light images and video, faster 120 frames per second video frame rates, a lot larger back camera sensor and a much more mega-pixels back camera.
The Xperia 1 VI features a really longer battery duration than Xperia XA2 Plus, because it has a 40 percent larger battery capacity.
