Xperia XZ Premium has an overall score of 79.8, which is slightly better than Xperia XA2 Plus's 78.6 score. Although Xperia XZ Premium is older than the Xperia XA2 Plus, it's construction is somewhat thinner and just a bit lighter. Xperia XZ Premium features a bit more powerful CPU than Sony Xperia XA2 Plus, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have 8 processing cores.
Sony Xperia XZ Premium counts with a much sharper screen than Sony Xperia XA2 Plus, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a brighter screen, a way greater screen pixels density and a lot better resolution of 2160 x 3840px. Sony Xperia XA2 Plus features a little bit better memory to install games and applications than Sony Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the Sony Xperia XA2 Plus also has a slot for external memory cards that holds a maximum of 400 GB.
The Sony Xperia XA2 Plus counts with a little longer battery lifetime than Xperia XZ Premium, because it has an 11 percent greater battery capacity.
