Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium has a score of 82.2, which is just a bit better than Xperia XA2 Plus's 78.6 overall score. Despite being the best device in this comparison, it must be told that it is also heavier and thicker. The Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with a bit superior processor than Sony Xperia XA2 Plus. They have the same RAM memory amount and a Octa-Core CPU.
The Xperia XZ2 Premium features a much sharper screen than Sony Xperia XA2 Plus, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a way higher screen pixel density, a much higher resolution of 2160 x 3840 and way more brightness. The Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with a little bit better camera than Xperia XA2 Plus, because although it has a worse (4K) video quality and a camera in the back with lesser megapixels, and they both have a 0.43 inches camera sensor, the Xperia XZ2 Premium also counts with a larger camera aperture for better low light photography and video.
The Xperia XA2 Plus and the Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium feature really similar memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos, they have a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 400 GB and equal internal storage capacity. The Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium's battery performance is just as good as Xperia XA2 Plus's battery duration, although the Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium has just 3540mAh battery size.
