LG Velvet is much better than the Sony Xperia XA2 Ultra, getting a general score of 87.1 against 75.5. The LG Velvet is a newer cellphone, and it's also somewhat lighter and somewhat thinner than the Sony Xperia XA2 Ultra. Sony Xperia XA2 Ultra features a slightly better looking screen than LG Velvet, although it has a bit worse pixel count in each inch of display, a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 1920 and a little smaller screen.
LG Velvet features a way bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Xperia XA2 Ultra, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits up to 1,95 TB and more internal storage. The LG Velvet has just a little better processing power than Xperia XA2 Ultra, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the LG Velvet also has more RAM memory.
LG Velvet counts with better battery lifetime than Sony Xperia XA2 Ultra, because it has a 20 percent bigger battery size. LG Velvet takes a bit better photographs and videos than Xperia XA2 Ultra, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the LG Velvet also has a back facing camera with way more mega-pixels, a larger back camera sensor providing a better image quality and a bigger aperture.
