Huawei Mate 30 5G has a general score of 87.4, which is much better than the Xperia XA2's score of 74.8. The Huawei Mate 30 5G design is newer and somewhat thinner, but also heavier than the Xperia XA2. The Huawei Mate 30 5G features a little better processing power than Sony Xperia XA2, and although they both have 8 cores, the Huawei Mate 30 5G also has more RAM memory.
Xperia XA2 features a little bit better looking display than Huawei Mate 30 5G, because although it has a way smaller display and a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 1920px, it also counts with a bit greater display density. Huawei Mate 30 5G has a much better camera than Sony Xperia XA2, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the Huawei Mate 30 5G also has a back-facing camera with a much better 40 megapixels resolution, a much bigger sensor providing a lot higher image quality, faster video frame rate and a larger diafragm aperture for better low-light images.

Huawei Mate 30 5G features greater battery performance than Sony Xperia XA2, because it has a 27 percent bigger battery capacity.
