The LG V30S ThinQ has a global score of 82.5, which is much better than Sony Xperia XA2's 74.8 global score. The LG V30S ThinQ design is notably thinner and a little lighter than the Sony Xperia XA2, even though they were only released with a couple of months difference. LG V30S ThinQ counts with a bit better looking screen than Xperia XA2, because it has a larger display, a greater display pixel density and a much better resolution of 1440 x 2880px.

LG V30S ThinQ has a superior storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xperia XA2, because it has an external memory card slot that allows up to 1,95 TB and 96 GB more internal storage capacity. The LG V30S ThinQ features a bit better CPU than Xperia XA2, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the LG V30S ThinQ also has a higher amount of RAM memory.

Xperia XA2 and LG V30S ThinQ count with very similar batteries. Sony Xperia XA2 takes slightly better videos and photos than LG V30S ThinQ, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not favorable for low-light photos, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Sony Xperia XA2 also counts with a lot bigger sensor capturing much better quality videos and pictures and a way higher resolution camera in the back.
