Motorola Moto Z3 has a general score of 77.6, which is just a bit better than Sony Xperia XA2's 74.8 general score. Although Motorola Moto Z3 and the Sony Xperia XA2 were released only a couple months apart, Motorola Moto Z3 is a little lighter and much thinner. Xperia XA2 features a slightly better looking screen than Moto Z3, because although it has a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 1920 and a quite smaller display, it also counts with a just a little better quantity of pixels per screen inch.
The Moto Z3 counts with a little better performance than Xperia XA2, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Moto Z3 also has a higher amount of RAM memory. Xperia XA2 takes clearer photographs and videos than Motorola Moto Z3, and although they both have the same video frame rate, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same diafragm aperture, the Xperia XA2 also has a way better resolution camera in the back and a way bigger sensor providing a much higher image quality.
The Moto Z3 features a superior memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xperia XA2, because it has a SD card slot that holds up to 1,95 TB and more internal memory capacity. The Xperia XA2 features just a little better battery duration than Moto Z3, because it has a 10% bigger battery capacity.
